My Life in Ruins: Personal Reminiscences on Five Decades of Excavations in the Holy Land

The period from the 1960’s onward has seen some major excavations in the land of the Bible. This talk will look at a few that the speaker has visited, some of which he worked on such as the City of David Excavations in Jerusalem, others which he helped to bring to Toronto, specifically the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit at the ROM in 2009/2010. It is a selective personal overview.
